WEEK 8 - BOOKING PROCESS

This week we would like to tell you about the business process in Agoda (www.agoda.com).

The booking process in Agoda is extremely easy if you follow the following steps.

Before booking please confirm:
1. Destination
2. Number, whether with children (would involve a free breakfast and extra bed)
3. Time
4. One pair of currency credit card
5. Valid e-mail address (very important for receiving confirmation)

Start booking:
(Note: If you do not specify the hotel, you can directly search box operation step by step.)
1. If you have a specific hotel, you can search in Google search box on the top right of the station home designated hotel.
2. Fill destination, date, number of information (number of children). Click Search hotel.
3. Note: All hotel information are effective real-time information, so accurate and detailed search criteria is very important, especially in the number and number of children.
4. A list of all the hotel search hotels show real and effective data; therefore, all hotels can be confirmed immediately!

5. Choose your favorite hotel and click Search to view the hotel room description, and price (please note prices here are not tax and service charges)

6. After confirming your favorite room and the price, you can click on the reservation operation payment.

7. Payment in agoda is very simple, just fill in your credit card number and valid cardholder CVV code. Once money has been paid to the hotel booking will be confirmed. There are five types of payments that you can choose, VISA, Master Card, JBC, American Express, and PayPal.
