WEEK 9&10 - PROBLEMS & RECOMMENDATIONS

Ni Hao!

Lets know what are problems that are being faced by Agoda.


1)  Customer was charged twice.


Recommendation: This problem occurs because of line coverage. Customer should make sure that the internet coverage is full to make sure that transaction is done successfully. Customer also should check the transactions made.


2)  Cannot make refund. 

Recommendation: Customers should book and pay it after they have really confirmed where and when they want to stay. If still not confirmed yet, they can book first and pay later. Customer should contact Customer Service.


3) No discount.

Recommendation: Customers should know that discounted price is all are depends on the hotels that they book, not from Agoda. Discounts may be vary for each hotel and room. Depends on availability and specific days.
